Third-Generation IVF Technology
BringaBaby has its own reproductive hospital with a team of medical experts having over 15 years of experience in reproductive medicine. We provide professional reproductive medical services to intended parents by using the world's leading third-generation IVF technology.
The third-generation IVF technology, also known as Preimplantation Genetic Test (PGT), allows us to identify and exclude specific genetic diseases before the embryo is transferred into the mother's body. This provides couples who have or may carry genetic diseases with more opportunities to have healthy children.
The third-generation IVF technology mainly includes three types of testing techniques:
▪ PGT-A: it primarily targets abnormalities in the number and structure of chromosomes, which are often age-related or caused by genetic reasons leading to recurrent miscarriages or implantation failures.
▪ PGT-SR: it is mainly used to detect chromosomal structural rearrangements, such as translocations and inversions, which may be known in the family or discovered in parental chromosomal examinations.
▪ PGT-M: it is able to detect genetic diseases caused by single-gene mutations, including those that may be inherited through sex chromosomes.
BringaBaby adopts the third-generation IVF technology to screen the chromosomes of the intended parents' embryos, which allows excluding genetic diseases and knowing the gender of the embryo at the same time. Such measure gives the intended parents the opportunity to have healthy and ideal babies.
